1 Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2 Prepares action plans by individuals for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
3 Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
4 Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
5 Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
6 Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
7 Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

1 College degree or above;
2 Over 2 year Sales experience in similar industry;
3 Fluent in Tamil and English communication;
4 Effective communication and presentation skills;
5 Willing to take business trip frequently.
