Job Description：
1.Responsible for the Integrated Project Delivery of global customers, do a good job in demand collection, problem management, and project follow-up.
2.Responsible for after-sales service for global customers, ensuring network devices stability.
3.Assist in product manager and R&D Engineer to collect, analyze，locate, and solve product problems.
4. Responsible for global customer service satisfaction.

Job Requirements：
1.Fluent English expression and writing ability.
2.Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or other related majors；
3.Proficient in the technical application of dynamic routing & tunneling protocols such as OSPF, BGP, IPV6, VXLAN, MPLS VPN.; Familiar with Netwrok Virtualization(VSU, MLAG); Have the knowledge of Linux, Git;
4.Have a strong sense of customer service, good communication and collaboration skills and a strong spirit of learning and enterprising;
